Images on Yourou are collected and organized from the public internet; copyright belongs to the original authors/rights holders. We take intellectual property and personality rights seriously and provide rights holders with a clear, fast channel: request removal, request proper attribution, or raise other rights concerns — we will act promptly on all of them.
Filing a Copyright Complaint
Email us at the address below (subject line DMCA) including:
- Identification of the work: what work you claim rights in, and your relationship to it (rights holder or authorized agent);
- Location of the content at issue: the specific URL(s) on this site;
- Your request: removal, or keeping the content with added attribution / source link;
- Your contact information: name and email address (for follow-up on the outcome);
- Good-faith statement: that you believe in good faith the use complained of is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law;
- Accuracy statement and signature: that the information in your notice is accurate, confirmed with an electronic signature (typing your name suffices).
Process
- We review notices promptly upon receipt;
- Where a claim is substantiated, we remove the content or add attribution as requested, and reply with the outcome;
- Knowingly false complaints may carry legal liability — please ensure accuracy.
